What was it that made you want to work with Capita?
We initially went through a tender process. We chose Capita as there was good chemistry and we felt it was the right fit for Perenco.

And how do you work together?
We use Capita for all our pensions and benefits advice, administration, actuarial and member communications. Our journey with Capita started back in 2009, and we have developed an open and honest relationship, which has resulted in us increasing the number of services it now provides us with.
Capita takes full control of our pensions and benefits needs, and provides us with the reassurance, the transparency, and the clear communications we need.
The number of member queries is vast, so it's important that they are dealt with quickly and effectively. The pensions team are very responsive and have consistently achieved 95% SLAs.
Capita has automated the pensions service and given us the chance to focus on our day-to-day job, allowing us more time to interact with our members, so that we can do our job better.

Capita has a wealth of expertise in all things pensions-related! We've developed a great relationship and the team go above and beyond for us.
Can you tell us about the biggest successes you've enjoyed while working with Capita?
Capita completed the salary sacrifice exercise, with savings approaching half a million pounds. This has allowed us to invest in enhancing our employee service further.
Capita's communication team has helped to enhance our member experience. They set up a new member website that is informative, interactive, easily accessible and appealing to all our employee demographics, no matter which stage of their pension journey they are at.
We know employees are now more engaged through the real time site as, within the first few weeks after the launch, we've had more than half the members view it and engage in their investment choices.
And what's the next big challenge?
Going forward, Capita will be guiding us on the most suitable spread of benefits for our specific employee demographics. Capita has expertise across a range of industries and knows what works and doesn't work. We trust them!
